I am not nineteen anymore!

While showing Miss Heather's beautiful photos to my hubby (who is my biggest critic and fan at the same time), we came across a particular one that was taken of me and Heather together. My sweet sweet hubby says to me "oh Amanda, you don't look nineteen anymore". LOL

I just had to laugh...it was so funny! I am probably one of the few girls that you will ever hear say this: I enjoy getting older. I really do! My values and personality will not get affected by the future wrinkles on my face. (I still don't have any VERY APPARENT ones to show you... just a little dark eyes from dealing with a 18 month old in the middle of the night, and working until very late so all your gorgeous images look absolutely perfect). ;)

But to my defense...I was there as a photographer! I was not ready for a glamour shot like miss gorgeous beside me! haha

Modeling Shoot

Meet Heather. She is by far one of the prettiest and sweetest teens I have met. We had an amazing time together and I am so pleased with all the images we captured today. I am glad she trusted me to help build her model portfolio and came all the way from Orange County to shoot with me. :) I have not really started proofing her session, just chose a few while going through her folder.

We also included her bf on a few of her shots.

Buscemi Family

Sami is quite the handsome little man, isn't he? We had a good time together and were able to catch some very sweet moments for his family.

Since I like all images in their gallery, I will just pick a few to post here. Mrs. Buscemi loved her images just as much as I did and I have just ordered 2 session albums containing all her images. How exciting is that! Thanks guys! It makes me happy to know you enjoy my work and I can't wait to deliver the books to you! :)

ILP mixer

I had the pleasure of meeting with a great group today in GORGEOUS San Clemente. These girls were so fun to hang out with and it was so nice of them to bring their kids to be photographed while we talked "business". :) Thanks for letting me test some of your lenses Steph! It's nice to be able to test lenses before buying them. I may actually have changed my mind about the next one on my list! ;)

Beary Basics Fall 08 Photoshoot

After spending the day with 10 adorable and energetic young ladies, I can say I am BEAT! It was the first time I went away for a commercial shoot and I just loved every second of it. If you are a follower of my ramblings, you know this isn't the first time I photograph Stephanie's beautiful designs! Isabeli is currently Beary Basics' number one model... She is everywhere! Their tags, magazine adds, fliers... so proud of my girl! :) She was such a trooper today too! It was a very long day, and she just went with the flow. Never complained of me leaving her with my many assistants (thanks guys! Really!!!:)) to photograph the other little girls. :)

I have a LOT to proof and promise to share many more later. For now I will leave you with this one picture of bela at our first location. A laundry mat. Stephanie liked my idea and trusted me enough to go with it. It was Perfection!

To my sweet models, it was a pleasure meeting you and working with you. I trully enjoyed myself today. See you again next season! :)

She is fierce!

Yay! My pettiskirt is here!! I took it out of the box and Isabeli couldn't wait to put them on...then she says "shoes". Oh yah... she LOVES them!

We went outside and she just had a blast. She thought she was such hot stuff. LOL She twirled around and made all this cute faces... I couldn't let go of the shutter button.

Remember when I said uncommon places for photos? When did you think your garage would look soo good on a photo? And what's up with that FIERCE FACE? Tyra Banks stop looking...here is your AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL!

The fine print: Sessions will take place between the dates of january 15th and february 10th ONLY. You can chose to have 25 printed cards INSTEAD OF the 1 high resolution file.
