Back In California

What a trip back home that was... It is awful flying nowadays! We get ZERO respect as passangers, just awful!!!

Leaving in the AM

Last post from Virginia... :( I gotta pack and so don't wanna do it! So tired of packing!!!!! So much packing this year!!! LOL

Isabeli is ready... she has packed what's important to her... forget about the rest! LOL

To my Virginia clients, thank you so so much! I had a great time here and of course I will let you know when I have dates to my next visit. Thanks for the sweet e-mails and for trusting me and my work. I know sometimes the places we shoot at don't seem very interesting... but I am glad you like the final look! There is always a reason to my craziness! hahah My sister was just saying that actually, about the time I did her pictures with her fiance in Brazil. I saw this whole on a wall... literally! And told them somehow I needed her to fit in there. Sounds strange huh? But look at the results:

Brother and Sister

Sad to say this is my last session in Virginia for the fall 2007. I am definatelly coming back for more. Thanks everyone for being so awesome and helping me capture such special moments. I had a fantastic time here and truly have mixed feelings about leaving! I fell in love with your state and cannot wait to come back and see another beautiful season. :)

Here are some of my favorite images of your super fun kids, Katherine. I had a great time getting to know them and photographing their sweet personalities. I think I got some very nice shots of their true selves! I know you love black and white images, but the color ones turned out so great with that beautiful golden sunset tone... I just had to share them most! :)

 

I did some fun vintage look on a couple of them too.

Camaro 69

Definatelly not my type of work... but boy did I enjoy taking these pictures! I had this whole set up in my head for some very old fashioned pictures featuring this stunning vehicle. I spotted the place as soon as I arrived in Virginia too. The day comes and of course the place is blocked by a huge fire truck! :( So this photoshoot is postponed till my next trip here... but until then, here is my new model! :)

Warhurst family

I got lost driving to this location and had to be rescued! LOL Such a BEAUTIFUL location...thanks for taking me there. It was perfect!

Aren't they sweet!? They made me miss my hubby. I am on my way baby... miss my boys so much!!!!

I LOVED spending time with you guys! I hope we get to hang out more next time I come! :)

A dream of a session

Photography and horses are maybe 2 of my favorite things in life... Combining the two of them in a session is just a dream!! I have so many amazing pictures from this session I could just go wild here... unfortunatelly I don't have much time. :( So I will share the first one I edited. If only I had a picture this PERFECT of my family...
