My inspirations

Sometimes, I receive e-mails asking me what my source of inspiration is. Hard question to answer... I really have no secret or method that I use. I just know what I like and what I don't. In my many years of modeling I just know what I would absolutely hate to see... so I try the opposite. But when I think of the word INSPIRATION... all I can relate to is my kids...they are it! Every time I take pictures, I look for who that person is. I want their personality to shine through. I think of what I would love to capture when taking my own kids pictures. That makes the job so much easier!

I just took these ones of them a few minutes ago. Isabeli was watching Ethan playing with our dog. The ones of Ethan was a real treat. I often ask him to let me take his pictures like I used to do before we had Isabeli, and his answer is always NO. Today he said yes (for my surprise!). Here are my favorites:

On another note. These are some cute pics I took of my daughter yesterday at my son's last baseball game. She was so funny...watching a couple of girls playing and making all sorts of sounds. However, she also had not taken her afternoon nap, so she was a bit cranky too... I am sure you won't be able to tell by these pictures, but her baba (how my kids call their grandpa) sure could. She would cry everytime he came to say hello to her...sorry Murray! :(

Face all dirty with spiled guava juice (our favorite). And did you see the pose? Legs crossed and feet up? lol

I just got great news...My website will be live tomorrow! I am soooo excited!!

Quick notes:

-> Once the new website launches, prices will change.

-> I will be leaving June 19th to Brazil and will only be back at the very end of august. I have 2 more open dates for sessions before I go. I will not do any sessions past may 31st, since I need a couple of weeks to prepare (emotionally, physically...) for the trip with a 5 year old and a 10 month old. Goodness... Looking forward to getting there though!

-> I will be offereing a new line of canvas prints and they are GORGEOUS!!! Museum quality and comes ready to hang on the wall.
