The reason why

One of the reasons I love photography is being able to register moments like this:

Of course there is nothing fancy about it! The picture was done using a regular 2.0 megapixel point and shoot, but still the message of this image melts my heart to this day.

This photo was taken in november 03. My son, Ethan, and his friend, Sammy, have known each other since they were weeks old. Our family since then became very close, and Sammy's parents are now my daughter's God parents. :) Definatelly a very special family in our lives!

Beach session

  What a gorgeous day! I had such a fun time! I hope you LOVE your images as much as I do.

Wanna hear something interesting? Their kids names and my kids names are almost identical! BOTH OF THEM! How funny is that!?

Dad asked to see some black and white images too and you all know they are not my favorite, but I really like this one!

I am a daddy's girl! So images like this one really melt my heart and reminds me of how much I miss my dad!  :(

Dear Friend

Last night, Isabeli and I drove down to LA to meet my friend Fabiana. She is in town doing a commercial shoot. It is so nice seeing her and I can't believe how long it's been!

Look how little bela was last time we saw Fabi.

And these are from last night. We love The Grove Mall, and seem to find our way there most of the times we get together.

Here she is watching the fountain "dancing". The faces Isabeli made were just too cute!

Isabeli had a much cuter outfit on... but she threw up on the way to Fabi's hotel and I had to get her changed into the only outfit I had on her baby bag, which is a little smaller than her actuall size. OOPS!

It was fun seeing you girl! Look forward to next time! :)

I so love her hair!

She was such a doll... and I can't tell you how much I loved the fierce faces she made. :)

I am not sure how I feel about this one... but I figured I'd add it here and hear your thoughts. It's a little different than how I normally edit, but I kind of like it.

I am not sure this is how you say "beautiful" in spanish... but it was the first word that came to my mind when I saw this 8 month old girl. How yummyliscious is she? She is one of the babies that responded to my "casting call" for the new No slippy hair clippy product. :)

I also had the pleasure of photographing Isabeli's friends Grace and Nicola as well... They are such dolls! :)

I seem to photograph the most adorable babies on the planet, don't I?

And Fara, I don't have any more to post as I have only proofed what I needed for the catalog!  I know you were gonna ask... lol

My little darlings

Trying to get a photo of these 2 together is no easy task. Isabeli wants to run around the whole entire time and I have to bribe Ethan for a few minutes of his "handsomeness". I do love a few of the ones I was able to get, but I so wish I could have a magic wand to freeze time and place them in the position I wanted so I could take as many as I would like. Wouldn't that be AWESOME?

Baseball season is starting for Ethan. So we chopped off his hair yesterday. :) He hates the hair brush... so less stress for the 2 of us! :)
